Sesame-Ginger Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • ½ cup rice vinegar
  • 1 large garlic clove, grated for finely minced
  • ¼ cup shallot, finely diced
  • 2 tablespoons packed grated fresh ginger
  • ½ teaspoon packed orange zest
  • 2 tablespoons fresh orange juice
  • 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon agave or honey
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
  • ¼ teaspoon chili flakes
  • 1 teaspoon toasted white sesame seeds
  • 1 teaspoon black sesame seeds
  • 1½ teaspoons salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground pepper
  • 1 cup Thrive ® Algae Oil

Preparation

Put all the ingredients except the Thrive ® into a bowl and whisk until blended. Add the oil and whisk until emulsified. Alternatively put all of the ingredients into a blender and process until blended.
