Marinade
- 1/2 Cup Thrive® Culinary Algae Oil
- 1/3 Cup orange juice
- 1/4 Cup red wine vinegar
- 1 Garlic clove
- Salt & pepper to taste

Salad Dressing
- 1/2 Cup Thrive® Culinary Algae Oil
- 3 Tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 Garlic clove
- Salt & pepper to taste

Salad
- 1 Tablespoon Thrive® Culinary Algae Oil
- 2 Fillets of salmon
- Lettuce or greens of your choice
- 1 Avocado
- Slivered Almonds
- 5 Baby tomatoes cut in half
Preparation
- Add all marinade ingredients to a bowl and whisk to combine or add to a blender/ninja and blend for 1 minute. Marinate salmon for 1 hour.
- Add all salad dressing ingredients to a bowl and whisk to combine or add to a blender/ninja and blend for 1 minute.
- Heat a cast iron skillet on medium high heat with oil. Cook the marinated salmon fillets 2-3 minutes on each side or until they brown and separate easily from the skillet.
- Top the chopped greens with tomatoes, avocados, almonds, salmon and dressing.
