Cacio e Pepe Zoodles

    • 3 Medium – large zucchini
    • 1/4 Cup of Thrive® Culinary Algae Oil
    • 1 Cup of finely grated Parmesan cheese plus more, for garnish
    • Freshly ground pepper and kosher salt, to taste


  1. Slice off the ends of the zucchini, then use a spiralizer to create the zucchini ‘noodles’ (‘zoodles’). Follow instructions that come with the product.
  2. Add the zoodles to a large bowl, then add Thrive® Culinary Algae Oil, Parmesan, and black pepper. Toss to coat and season with salt and more pepper.
  3. Give the dish a good dusting of Parmesan before serving.
